We may be small in size, but we will never be small in vision. We want to give an opportunity for people to invest their time, talent and treasure for an enternal investment.
For many years i've seen people of exceptional ability not be able to find a place in church. They have a passion to give their gifts, but are all to often ignored because their gift may not fit in a small vision.
We are a growing church with a large vision, and as such many positions below are in their infancy and are not compensated. They are, however, a great opportunity for you to give to the Kingdom, no matter what your gift may be.

Marketing
Executive Opportunity: We are a growing church who employs a publishing company as one of its ministries. We need a marketing director to promote church activities and published material.
Executive Background: Experience developing and maintaining relationships with newspapers, television, and radio outlets. Experience with direct to customer marketing. Experience overseeing the development of advertisements and press releases.
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of grant writers to aid in the funding of church ministries
Executive Background: Knowledge of funding techniques, experience with writing grants, seeking potential donors, and develop and maintain relationships with donors
Executive Opportunity: Our catalogue of books is growing and we are in need of a distributor to help with the sale of those books.
Executive Background: Experience developing and maintaining relationships with resellers and resource providers. Experience developing eye-catching displays for reseller use.
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of a public relations director to work in conjunction with our marketing team to promote interest in our church, ministries, and activities.
Executive Background: Experience writing press releases, creating and sustaining relationships with the press, developing and executing ad campaigns.
Executive Opportunity: As the popularity of community based websites grows, we are in need of a strategist who can best utilize these tools
Executive Background: Knowledge of community websites, aspects of viral video, and use of community and viral tools in a promotional method.
Education/Childcare
Executive Opportunity: We are beginning a childcare facility and need an experienced director
Executive Background: Experience in operations of a childcare facility, developing and operating within a budget, identifying, hiring, and training qualified childcare workers, creating a safe, secure learning environment for children.
Executive Opportunity: As part of our children’s ministry, we are needing childcare workers for special events and daily care.
Executive Background: Experience in classroom management, early childhood needs, developing lesson plans within a curriculum, meeting with parents of children.
Executive Opportunity: To accommodate the growing need for pastors, teachers, and community leaders, we are seeking a director for a Bible College.
Executive Background: Self-motivated, able to animate others. Experience leading others in step with a clear vision. Ability to manage staff and students as well as raise funds, develop curricula, and create interest in potential students and faculty.
Executive Opportunity: The population of our surrounding communities has a large number of Spanish speakers. We would like to bring them an opportunity to learn English and for the English speaking population in our community to learn Spanish.
Executive Background: Experience perfoming in a multilingual environment, ability to teach both Spanish and English.
Production/Technical
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of a television and radio producer for live and recorded media productions.
Executive Background: Ability to efficiently oversee media production from conception to completion, ability to operate media equipment, cameras, lights, audio and video mixers. Knowledge of broadcast standards.
Executive Opportunity: As our church’s community and web presence grows, we are in need of creative artists to design graphics for all ministry aspects.
Executive Background: Highly creative, can work in varying styles of art so that artwork can’t be pinned down to “your style”. Experience in print and digital media.
Executive Opportunity: As we grow, our websites also grow. We are in need of talented web designers who can give our websites a fresh look and unite our ministry sites with a common theme.
Executive Background: Highly creative, can produce a work of art, yet maintain organizational structure that gets viewers where the want to go.
Business
Executive Opportunity: We are a growing church in need of a Human Resources Director.
Executive Background: Ability to identify areas of need within an organization, ability to identify leadership abilities in individuals, ability to create and fulfill positions efficiently while making the least possible impact on resources.
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of a business communications director to create and sustain marketing and public relations with businesses
Executive Background: Experience writing press releases, marketing proposals, and editorials. Experience in journalism, marketing, and public relations
Publishing/Writing
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of authors to write content for web and print media
Executive Background: Experience writing different styles of material for different types of media. Experience writing articles, press releases, manuals, or fiction and non-fiction
Executive Opportunity: To maintain a high quality of written material, we are seeking skilled proofreaders and editors
Executive Background: Extreme attention to detail, ability to correct grammatical errors and flow of written material and edit written material.
Executive Opportunity: To better facilitate the development of books and curricula, we are seeking a transcriptionist to transcribe spoken sermons into written word.
Executive Background: Experience transcribing different dialects into an understandable written format.
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of a ghost writer to convert transcribed material into a more readable format.
Executive Background: Experience authoring material, rewriting material in a way that flows well when read without changing the meaning or dynamic of the content.
Church Properties
Executive Opportunity: To keep our property looking its best in all seasons, we are in need of a landscape and maintenance director.
Executive Background: Leading a small crew in day-to-day maintenance and landscaping activities. Knowledge of local plant life and what not only looks best in a certain season, but also what is not difficult to maintain.
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of a security officer
Executive Background: Experience with security and CCTV systems, experience managing a small staff. Ability to patrol grounds, ensure safety of guests, and deter crime.
Executive Opportunity: Our library is growing and we are in need of a librarian
Executive Background: Experience categorizing, labeling, and inventory of books, ability to create and maintain a checkout system. Ability to identify potential additions to library
Leisure/Activities
Executive Opportunity: We are seeking a certified flight instructor to train aviation club members.
Executive Background: Experience in flight training with proven successful candidates, ability to train for multiple licenses, and in diverse aircraft.
Executive Opportunity: We have a gym that can facilitate small martial arts and fitness classes for kids or adults, and we are in need of instructors.
Executive Background: Experience teaching martial arts of various styles. Experience working with multiple styles of martial arts and integrating those styles to best fit a student’s skill.
Executive Opportunity: We are seeking an energetic events coordinator to help coordinate the scheduling of events and church activities and facilities
Executive Background: Experience allocating resources while avoiding scheduling conflicts. Experience writing schedules, anticipating event needs, procuring needed equipment.
Asset Needs
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of a small aircraft for regional missions trips and also to train pilots as part of an aviation club.
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of television and radio equipment. We are seeking high quality cameras, crew communication devices, video and audio mixers, cables, amps, monitors, lighting, and other various equipment
Executive Opportunity: We are in need of high quality Apple computers for use in our office and for ministry use. We are needing Mac pro models capable of recording, broadcasting, and editing live video, and macbook or macbook pro models for ministry use
Executive Opportunity: Our video editing software is quickly becoming obsolete. We need to upgrade to the latest version of Final Cut Studio to ensure compatibility with Apple’s latest computers and operating systems.
