Think Local

 

A reformation in the church begins with us. It begins with individuals at the local church level. Our first responsibility is to touch and change the community in which we are planted.

 

Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world. -James 1:27

 

Currently, we are fostering change at the local level by:

training leaders through leadership training classes

 

holding multiple weekly services where people can collide with God and learn who He is through His Word

 

engaging our children during each service with our Kid’s Rock curriculum

 

teaching men to lead their families at Second Saturday men’s breakfast

 

offering kickboxing classes for adults and children as a way to reach out and touch our community

 

hosting weekly enrichment classes for local homeschool children

 

giving into our community through supporting local non-church based programs

 

We will continue to touch our community as we grow by:

hosting Spanish and ESL classes

 

reaching into local schools with a kickboxing and self-defense program

 

offering parenting and marriage classes

 

building a coaching center where boys learn to be Christian men of strength and character

 

starting a finishing school where girls learn to be Christian women of courage and integrity

 

building a martial arts center and a preschool/daycare

 

developing a feeding program for local families in need

 

supporting local police and fire departments, as well as local libraries and military units

 

starting a business incubator for the next generation of Christian entrepreneurs

 

paying off our mortgage and preparing for facilities growth

Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; do not hold back; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. -Isaiah 54:2

 

We will touch and change the United States in the next ten years by:

 

publishing new books calling for reformation in the church

 

raising up new authors of like faith

 

bringing back into print books of sound doctrine

 

strengthening other churches with our Beyond150 pastor’s conferences

 

planting 10 satellite services in Texas and 100 churches in the United States

 

founding a Bible college and leadership training center

 

establishing the Christian Development Institute as a fellowship of like-minded churches and ministries

 

Think Global

 

 

 

Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. -Mark 16:15

 

We will touch and change the world in the next ten years and beyond by:

building orphanages in impoverished areas

 

starting coaching centers to bring hope and healing to child children all over the world

 

planting 1000 churches worldwide

 

building Bible colleges and leadership training centers to train up political and civic leaders

 

sending teams into unreached areas for evangelism and church planting

 

founding feeding programs in underdeveloped nations

Rocky Top Therapy   Rocky Top Therapy is a therapeutic riding center for physically and mentally challenged children.
Christ's Haven for Children   Christ's Haven for children is a campus of foster homes for abused and neglected children in Keller, Texas.
