Leadership—even family leadership—is learned behavior. No matter your background, you can learn to be a great man, husband, and father.
Every member of the family needs a man's wisdom, protection, and love to fully develop. Unfortunately, fatherlessness is an epidemic leaving us with a generation of boys, raised by women, who don't know what it is to be a man, husband, or father.
For this reason, our Men's Ministry is the cornerstone of every other ministry at CLC. We believe it is a man's responsibility to lead his household. We use the model given by God to Moses: God taught Moses, who taught the men, who taught their families. The result is a strong and spiritual church with sound families.
Every second Saturday of the month, the men get together for breakfast and God's word at 8:30AM in the CLC education wing. This month's breakfast will be held Saturday, January 14th at the Original Pancake House in Grapevine.
The meetings are free and open to all guys ages 13 and up.
