LEADERSHIP TRACK
Leadership is influence, and we are all commissioned to influence others for the cause of Christ. As a church, it is our responsibility to train leaders, to prepare them to be successful, to help them manage their influence. To this end, we invest more than $55,000 per year in training each leader in our church using the leadership curriculum we have developed.
Leadership 101
In the 101 stage of leading, participants begin learing what we believe. They are actively attending Wednesday night doctrine services and are given the opportunity to grow in theology. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and have discussions around doctrine and leadership topics. The aim of Leadership 101 is for participants to know firmly what it is they believe as Christians.
Leadership 201
In order to all run together as a body; everyone needs to be on the same page. Leadership 201 is taking a look at the vision of our church. This stage includes getting an understanding of the things we are currently doing, and the things we desire to do in order to bring a living Jesus to a dying world. Here you will learn a leader's standard at CLC, and our commitments to one another.
Leadership 301
Leadership 301 is a year-long class that meets one Saturday a month for intensive instruction in leadership principles. Participants are encouraged to begin leading others, and to begin applying the principles at home, at school or work, and in their area of service in the church.
Leadership 401
Leadership 401 is a 12-month time investment where leaders learn to coach. Participants are trained to help facilitate the dreams of others and draw along side of them and speak greatness into their lives, using simple coaching techniques. Participants graduate Leadership 401 as certified coaches.
